When I was young, my grandparents had a basement where they would keep their food, since they didn’t have a fridge at that time. One day my grandmother was taking the soup out of the basement, making it warm and putting it on the plates. My grandfather started eating and all of the sudden he stopped, looked at his plate and yes, there it was, a big naked snail in his soup. He carefully took the snail, throwed it outside and kept on eating…. I almost had to vomit… Anyway, here is a nice SVG from a snail:-)
Toen ik nog jong was hadden mijn grootouders een kelder waar ze hun eten in bewaarden, omdat ze geen koelkast hadden. Op een dag nam mijn oma de soep uit de kelder, maakt het warm en schepte het op de borden. Mijn opa begon te eten totdat hij ineens stopte, in zijn bord keek en ja hoor, daar lag het, een grote slijmerige naaktslak in zijn soep. Hij nam hem er voorzichtig uit, gooide hem naar buiten en at gewoon verder…Ik moest bijna overgeven….. Desalniettemin, hier een leuke SVG van een slak:-)
I have the downloadrules at the top of my blog with the demand to read it first, but some people don’t care and therefore someone asked for 197 files tonight. How gready is that. I don’t believe it. At top of that she copied and pasted the same message totally disregarding the many houres I spend to make these files.
So if you demand a file and you won’t get it because gmail has blocked me again for 24 houres, thanks Christina.
Ik heb de downloadregels bovenaan mijn blog staan met het verzoek die eerst te lezen, maar sommige mensen geven nergens om en vragen rustig 197 files op. Wat ontzettend inhalig. Ik kan het gewoon niet geloven. Bovendien ook nog door het bericht te kopieren en te plakken. Totale minachting voor alle uren werk die ik erin heb gestopt.
Dus mocht je een file aanvragen dan krijg je hem nu niet omdat gmail mij weer geblocked heeft voor 24 uur, bedankt Christina.

I made this card with the Sizzix pop-up die from Karen Burniston. I just love the pop-up effect. The daugther of our neighbours had her first anniversary so I gathered some photo’s to put onto the ball. They really loved it and wanted to keep it themselves instead of putting it into the scrapbook of their daughter:-)

De dochter van onze buren vierde haar eerste verjaardag, dus heb ik wat foto’s verzameld om op de bal te plakken. Ze waren er weg van en wilden hem zelf houden in plaats van in het plakboek van hun dochter te plakken:-)

Ik heb opnieuw een hartendoosje omgezet in een SVG file. Veel plezier ermee.
It was very inconveniant that there where no extended cuttlebug plates untill now. At http://www.craftathome.co.uk/your-plates-p-9631.html?cPath=270_271_670 you can order your extended plates for BP 37,50. Shipping costs to the Netherlands is only 3 pounds.
A set of these plates used in the correct combination will allow you to cut Sizziz Bigz dies, Spellbinders 12″ border dies, Quickutz 12″ dies, Sizzlets 12″ dies as well as allowing you to double up on the normal amount you can cut or emboss in one pass.The plates come clearly labelled with full instructions for using all major brands of die.
The Sizzix Bigz Pro can’t be cut with these plates because the cuttlebug isn’t width enough for these dies.
You would think that Provocraft could have come up with this themselves don’t you? Well, it’s their lost.
Update: All of the sudden they don’t ship to the Netherlands anymore. I’m curious if i’m going to get my order…. What to do next? Buy the extended plates from Sizzix and cut of half an inch with a saw. They are as thick as the B-plates from the cuttlebug.

Je zou toch denken dat Provocraft hier zelf ook op had kunnen komen niet dan? Nou ja, daar gaat hun winst.
Update: Opeens willen ze niet meer leveren naar Nederland, benieuwd op ik mijn order nog krijg. Wat nu? Koop de Sizzix extended platen en zaag er een halve inch af. Ze zijn even dik als de B-platen van cuttlebug.

My friend just started making things from paper and she really loves boxes. We all do, don’t we? But she had such a clever idea that I wanted to share it with all of you.
