Oh my gosh! I have come back to this gorgeous card no less than three times it is just so amazing. I love the look of the fencing laid over the heart. The dimensional flower is stunning as well. It all seems so soft and endearing. How did you create this feeling simply with paper?

Too funny! I think because I said so should have won too! LOL…. as a Mom sometimes I want to scream that and stomp my feet just so someone pays attention! It made me smile! LOL.

Thanks Carla, but I don’t think I should win this card.
First of all, I have no one in my life at this time who is a “true love” to send it to for Valentine’s day and really, I’m not looking because I don’t need to worry about washing someone else’s dirty clothes at this point in my life.
Second, my children are all grown and I send them the little valentines you get for kids to give out because I’m cheap!
Third, I use those same valentines for my grandchildren because so many come in the box. Even then, they last for 2 years! After all, they just throw them away.
Fourth, I don’t know anyone who is getting married or having an anniversary – all my friends are either single by choice or divorced.
AND
Fifth, with all of the files that I’ve already downloaded from you, I still haven’t made anything to send you pictures. This would be another one for me to feel guilty about.
The flowers, twigs and leaves are absolutely stunning as is the nestie look a like. I always tell my Husband that he has a “caged” heart as he finds it terribly hard to express his emotions. I would like to make him this card for Valentine’s Day and maybe present him with a new pair of wire cutters (with a pretty little bow) that way he can cut the wire and spill those “I love yous” abd “you are wonderful”s at me all day long! Too funny – or at least I and he would think so.
