This card is for the daughter of my friend Creavon who will be 12 next month. So I hope she doesn’t check my blog. These little monsters are two of the four monsters which are the donation files for march, april and may. They will be exlusive for donators untill august 2010. I made this card with the Sizzix pop-up die from Karen Burniston. I just love the pop-up effect. The daugther of our neighbours had her first anniversary so I gathered some photo’s to put onto the ball. They really loved it and wanted to keep it themselves instead of putting it into the scrapbook of their daughter:-)
Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt met de Sizzix pop-up die van Karen Burniston. Ik vind het pop-up effect prachtig. De dochter van onze buren vierde haar eerste verjaardag, dus heb ik wat foto’s verzameld om op de bal te plakken. Ze waren er weg van en wilden hem zelf houden in plaats van in het plakboek van hun dochter te plakken:-)

I found the image of the Asian doll on internet and made it in an SVG file after working on it in PSP 2. I think it makes a lovely card.
Ik vond dit plaatje van een Aziatisch poppetje op internet en heb het omgezet naar een SVG file, na hem bewerkt te hebben in PSP2. Ik vind hem leuk voor op een kaart.

Remember this file? My friend Yvonne used my Lace Christmas Tree to make this beautiful card. Although you hardly can’t see it. it’s made with glossy paper and gemstones, which gives it some glamour. She used popdots to lift up the tree. I really love receiving it from her:-) If you want the SVG file too, just leave a comment.
Herinner je je deze file? Mijn vriendin Yvonne gebruikte mijn kanten kerstboom om deze mooie kaart te maken. Hoewel je het bijna niet kunt zien is hij gemaakt van glanzend papier met wat glimmertjes erop, wat het een luxe uitstraling geeft. Ze heeft pop-up dots gebruikt om de boom eruit te laten springen. Christmas is over, so now I’m going to show you the card I made for Christmas 2009. I couldn’t publish it before otherwise the recipients would see it:-) Hope you like it.

Yesterday i decided I had to make a lot of cards since I almost didn’t have any. I think I was quite productive since I made 8 cards. They can be made quickly because I used a simple layout and some die-cuts.
Gisteren besloot ik dat ik behoorlijk wat kaarten moest maken omdat mijn voorraad bijna op was. Ik vind dat ik er produktief ben geweest want ik heb er 8 gemaakt. Ze konden zo snel gemaakt worden omdat ik een simpele layout gebruikt heb en kant en klare diecuts.
Papers used: White, blue, yellow and green cardstock from Bazzil. Three bugs in a rug – Spread your wings paper and die cuts. Quickutz die.
We have a lot of lighthouses in the Netherlands. They have such a nostalgic look on them. I have made a card with it. I didn’t put the desigh of the card itself in the file, because the size depends on how large you cut the images, besides, it’s better to cut them with a normal cutter or ruler and craft knife to save paper. We hebben veel vuurtorens in Nederland. Ze hebben iets nostalgisch. Ik heb er een kaart mee gemaakt. Ik heb de kaart zelf niet in de file gedaan, omdat de grootte van de kaart afhangt van hoe groot je het design snijdt. Bovendien is het papierbesparend om die met een normaal snijapparaat of liniaal en mes uit te snijden. Deel aub de link naar jouw creatie zodat ik die hier kan plaatsen.
