Last week I was in a scrapbook store and saw a very cute Christmas mini album. I thought it as easy enough for me to make a look-a-like for you in CDS (.cut file) and in Scal 2 (.scut file). The CDS file is made with the cartridges George, Christmas and Christmas Cheer. You can bind the pages with a binding ring. A while ago I made an edgy chipboard album look-a-like and I thought to try another one. It’s a look-a-like of one of the clear albums of Clear Scraps. I made a file in CDS with the cartridges George and Accent Essentials and I also made a scut file for Scal 2. You can bind the album with the bind-it-all or with bind-it rings. If you don’t want to miss any of my free files, you can leave your email address (not public) in the “Follow this Blog” section at the right menu. Een tijd geleden heb ik een edgy chipboard album look-a-like gemaakt en ik wilde er nog een maken. Het is een look-a-like van een clear album van Clear Scraps. Ik heb de file gemaakt in CDS met de cartridges George en Accent Essentials en ik heb ook een scut file gemaakt voor Scal 2. Je kunt het album inbinden met ringen of met de bind-it-all. Als je geen gratis files wilt missen kun je je emailadres (niet openbaar) achterlaten bïj de “Volg dit blog” sectie in het rechter menu. Je ontvangt alleen een email als er iets nieuws is geplaatst. How to get the CDS or Scal 2 files / Hoe krijg je de CDS of Scal 2 files
This layout is made with the cartridge Sports Mania. For the grass, you need to have the Big E and set the mat size to 12 x 24 and make sure your paper is longer then 12 inch. For the babybug, you can choose to make a green retangle. Have fun with it.
Deze layout is gemaakt met de cartridge Sports Mania. Om het gras te snijden heb je de Big E nodig en moet je de mat grootte op 12 x 24 zetten. Zorg ervoor dat je papier langer is dan 12 inch. Als je de babybug hebt kun je ervoor kiezen om een groente rechthoek te snijden. Veel plezier ermee.

Today I made the layout The Great Outdoors with Graphically Speaking. I was inspired by Melany from http://creativexpress.com. This file can be used by all cricut owners. Don’t forget to put all the items at the top of the page before cutting and if you have the babybug or create, change the matsize to 12 x 6 inch. To save paper, cut the retangle patterns with for example a fiskars cutter. I hope you enjoy it as well. Have fun with it.
Vandaag heb ik de layout The Great Outdoors met Graphically Speaking gemaakt. Ik was geinspireerd door Melany van http://creativexpress.com. Deze file kan door alle cricuteigenaren gebruikt worden. Vergeet niet om voor het snijden alle items bovenaan de pagina te zetten en als je een babybug of een create hebt de mat veranderen naar 12 x 6 inch. Ik adviseer je om de rechthoekige delen met een gewone snijmachine te snijden om papier te besparen. Hopelijk vinden jullie hem net zo leuk als ik. Veel plezier ermee.

To show how a layout can change by using a different mat, I made this layout with a scalloped mat instead of the grid mat. Hope you enjoy it.
Om te laten zien hoe een layout kan veranderen door gebruik te maken van een andere mat heb ik op deze mat een geschulpte mat gebruikt in plaats van het roostermatje. Hoop dat je het leuk vindt.

DebbieKick wanted a wordbook Cruise 2009. I have made the book so that you can make it without the 2009 page, or you can cut other year numbers. The file is made in Base Camp and you can make it higher again by changing the matsize and making the retangles on the pages higher. Have fun with this file and please show me your creations.

DebbieKick wilde graag een woordboek Cruise 2009. Ik heb het album zo gemaakt dat je de 2009 pagina weg kan laten, maar je kunt er natuurlijk ook een ander jaartal op plakken. De file is gemaakt in Base Camp en je kunt het album weer groter maken door de matgrootte aan te passen en de rechthoeken groter te maken. Veel plezier ermee en laat me aub jullie creaties zien.

To show you that you can use all phrases from Graphically Speaking at the same layouts I’ll show you another “Catch a wave” layout. Just change papers, titles and embellishments and you do have a completely different layout. People won’t even notice that you use the same “sketch” because you don’t have all the same pages packed together. There is nothing wrong with using a good layout over and over again. For the Big E owners and the babybug owners the same story again, use a paper cutter for the big mat. Have fun with it.
Om te laten zien dat je alle titels van Graphically Speaking op dezelfde layouts kan gebruiken laat ik je een andere “Catch a wave” layout zien. Verander gewoon het papier,de titels en de embellishments en je hebt een totaal andere layout. Niemand zal merken dat je dezelfde “sketch een aantal keren hebt gebruikt, want je hebt al die pagina’s toch niet direct achter elkaar in je album zitten. Bovendien is er niets mis mee om een goede layout meerdere keren te gebruiken. Voor de Big E eigenaren en de babybugeigenaren weer hetzelfde verhaal, snij de grote mat met je papiersnijder. Veel plezier ermee.

RweTHEREyet would love to have a wordbook Disney. I made the file in Plantin and again, use the hide contour feature in the D. If you want your book to be higher, cause you have the big E, just change the mat size and make the bottom retangle longer:-) Have fun with it.
