Today we got a card that our neighbours secretly got married at september the 17th. So I made this very special card for them to congratulate them. I have made the card in Scal 2 except for the base. I used the nestabilities from Spellbinder but I inserted the same card in the Scal 2 adn SVG file as well. The flowers and leaf are curled with the bonefolder. After that I glued the flowers together with 3D tape so it would hold it’s volume. For the heart of the flower I used a primaflower and a dew drop. The heart is also glued with 3D tape onto the card. I hope you enjoy it:-)
Vandaag kregen we een kaart dat onze buren stiekum getrouwd zijn op 17 september. Daarom heb ik deze speciale kaart voor ze gemaakt om ze te feliciteren. Ik heb de card gemaakt in Scal 2, behalve de basis. Daarvoor heb ik de nestabilities van Spellbinder gebruikt, maar ik heb de card wel toegevoegd aan de Scal 2 en de SVG file. De bloemen en het blad zijn gekruld met de bonefolder. Daarna heb ik de bloemen met 3D tape aan elkaar gelijmd zodat ze hun volume zouden behouden. Voor het hart van de bloem heb ik een primaflower gebruikt en een dewdrop. Het hart is ook met 3D tape op de kaart bevestigd. Ik hoop dat je het leuk vind:-)
I have made new Nestabilities files in Scal 2 and called them Labels SL 01 and Labels SL 02. As you can see the 02 version is slightly widther then the 01 version. To get the effect of the second label with the SVG file you need to make the image a little less high.
Ik heb nieuwe Nestabilities files gemaakt in Scal 2 en heb ze Labels SL 01 en Labels SL 02 genoemd. Zoals je kunt zien is de 02 versie iets wijder dan de 01 versie. Om het effect van het tweede label te krijgen met de SVG file moet je het plaatje iets minder hoog maken.
I love the vintage look of this arrow card. For the backround I used a backround clear stamp from Kars, which I think is beautiful, it just gives the card a little extra. And for the newbies, I use ink pads (ranger ink) to colour the edges to make it look old. To get in the small area’s I use make-up brushes you normally use for eyeshadow. I glued the arrow on the card with 3 D tape. There is a Scal 2 file available for this card.
Ik vind de vintage look van deze pijlkaart fantastisch. Voor de achtergrond heb ik een achtergrondstempel van Kars gebruikt, wat de kaart net iets extra’s geeft. Voor de nieuwelingen, ik gebruik inkt pads (ranger ink) om de randen te kleuren, zodat het oud lijkt. Om in op de moeilijk bereikbare plekjes te komen gebruik ik make-up sponsjes die je normaal gebruikt om oogschaduw op te doen. Ik heb de pijl met 3D tape op de kaart geplakt. Van deze kaart is een Scal 2 file verkrijgbaar.

A while ago I made an edgy chipboard album look-a-like and I thought to try another one. It’s a look-a-like of one of the clear albums of Clear Scraps. I made a file in CDS with the cartridges George and Accent Essentials and I also made a scut file for Scal 2. You can bind the album with the bind-it-all or with bind-it rings. If you don’t want to miss any of my free files, you can leave your email address (not public) in the “Follow this Blog” section at the right menu. Een tijd geleden heb ik een edgy chipboard album look-a-like gemaakt en ik wilde er nog een maken. Het is een look-a-like van een clear album van Clear Scraps. Ik heb de file gemaakt in CDS met de cartridges George en Accent Essentials en ik heb ook een scut file gemaakt voor Scal 2. Je kunt het album inbinden met ringen of met de bind-it-all. Als je geen gratis files wilt missen kun je je emailadres (niet openbaar) achterlaten bïj de “Volg dit blog” sectie in het rechter menu. Je ontvangt alleen een email als er iets nieuws is geplaatst. How to get the CDS or Scal 2 files / Hoe krijg je de CDS of Scal 2 files
In april I saw this great card in the Papercraft Magazine. And lazy as I am, I didn’t want to cut all the parts by hand, so I made a file for it in Design Studio to use over and over again. It’s a great card for all those tough girls and boys in their teenage years:-) I used glitter glue on the text and the guitar to spice things up.

In april zag ik deze leuke kaart in het Papercraft Magazine. En lui als ik ben had ik geen zin om alle delen handmatig te knippen, dus heb ik een file gemaakt in Design Studio die ik steeds opnieuw kan gebruiken. Het is een erg leuke kaart voor alle stoere teenage jongens en meisjes:-) Ik heb glitterlijm gebruikt op de tekst en de gitaar om het geheel wat meer glans te geven. Veel plezier ermee en ik zou graag het resultaat van jullie creaties zien:-)
