My son celebrates his ninth birthday at Easter. So in order to celebrate it at school I made these little treats for the children, chocolate eggs of course, and for the teachers something healthy, Japanes mix:-) I have made all these with the scor-pal. I really love it! TFL

In the first series: The only thing you can’t cut is the big mat (10 x 10 inch). You can replace that by cutting it with for example a fiskarscutter, use a corner rounder and make holes on one side with a punch and pull them open.
Open the file and pull everything to the top of the page. If it’s still to big, try turning the design 90 degrees. Then set the mat size at 12 x 6 and start cutting:-)
Come on, be creative, see what you can do with the files:-)

Je kunt deze vervangen door gewoon een vierkant te snijden met bv. je fiskars snijder, de hoeken te ponsen met een ronde hoekenpons. Dan gaatjes maken aan één zijkant en die opentrekken met iets scherps. Open dan de cutfile en sleep alles naar bovenkant van de pagina´s. Als het dan nog steeds te groot is, probeer het figuur dan 90 graden te draaien. Stel de mat grootte in op 6 x 12 inch en begin met snijden. Kom, wees creatief en kijk wat je kunt doen met deze files.

Today I made a quick mini album (2,25 x 3 inch, 4 pages) with round tabs in George. I saw them in a scrapbookstore and thought it would be simple to make in CDS. Officially the album had rings in them, but I decided not to put holes in them, so you can decide how you want to bind it. Have fun with it.
Vandaag heb ik een klein minialbumpje (2,25 x 3 inch, 4 pagina’s) gemaakt met ronde tabs, in George. Ik zag ze in een scrapbookwinkel en bedacht dat het heel simpel na te maken zou zijn in CDS. Officieel was het album gebonden met 3 ringen, maar ik heb besloten er geen gaten in te maken, zodat je zelf kunt beslissen hoe je hem wilt inbinden. Veel plezier ermee.

The third layout is a layout which can be used very well for one of those times you are looking at a roadmap to find your way:-) Again the same mat but a change in the layout of the pictures and the text of course. Have fun with it and i’m very curious what colours and papers you’ll use on this layout. Check back the day after tomorrow for the fourth layout.

As promised, here is the second layout with Graphically Speaking. I didn’t change the mat, just changed the layout of the pictures and the text. I start this first serie very simple, so you can make them quick and easy. But I promise you there will be more complicated layouts waithing for you. You can imagine that this will be a totally different layout then the first one, when you change the colour of your papers. And again, it will take you 15 minutes to make. Have fun with it en check back the day after tomorrow for a third layout with this cartridge. Please show me your layout when it’s finished.

Zoals beloofd hier de twede layout met Graphically Speaking. Ik heb de mat niet veranderd, alleen de layout van de foto’s en de tekst. Ik begin deze serie voorzichtig met simpele layouts, zodat je ze snel kunt maken. Maar ik beloof je dat er wat gecompliceerder layouts aankomen. Je kunt je voorstellen dat deze layout er heel anders uitziet dan de eerste als je je papier veranderd. En ook nu weer heb je deze layout in 15 minuten klaar. Veel plezier ermee en kom overmorgen terug voor een derde layout met deze cartridge.

As I said before, I love this cartridge Graphically Speaking. It’s so incredeable versitile. I think you can make many layouts, just with this cartridge alone, but not many people have this card or use it. So I was surprised to stumble on a layout with this cartridge at CreativeExpress.com. I loved the layout and thought to make it easier for you by making a cut file out of it. All you have to do is to decide which paper you want to use and cut the file. You can finish this layout in 15 minutes. That’s very handy since we all need more time then we actually have:-) Don’t forget to put all the designs at the top of your paper before cutting them. I left them in place so you can see the preview:-)I hope you have fun with it, and check back the day after tomorrow for another layout with this great cartridge. Please show me your creations.

Zoals ik al eens eerder heb gezegd ben ik weg van de cartridge Graphically Speaking. Hij heeft zoveel mogelijkheden. Ik denk dat je heel veel layouts kunt maken met alleen deze cartridge maar niet veel mensen hebben deze cartridge of gebruiken hem ook. Ik was dan ook verbaasd om een layout tegen te komen op CreativeExpress.com. Ik vond de layout erg mooi en bedacht om er een cutfile van te maken, voor jullie gemak. Het enige wat je hoeft te doen is bedenken welk papier je wilt gebruiken en de file te snijden. Je kunt de layout klaar hebben in 15 minuten. Dat is toch wel handig omdat we immers allemaal tijd tekort komen;-) Vergeet niet om op alle pagina’s de designs bovenaan in de hoek te zetten voor het snijden. Ik heb ze zo laten staan voor de preview. Ik hoop dat je er veel plezier van hebt en kom overmorgen weer kijken voor een andere layout met deze fantastische cartridge. Laat me alstublieft jullie creaties zien.

Remember this mini album? Marjorie loved it and asked me for the cut file. But back then, I didn’t have CDS, so I cut it all out by hand, tracing the basecamp letters. I promised her to make it this week and her it is. It’s made for the big E with George and Basecamp. Have fun with it.
