This week I was looking around on a the website of Hermes and found a free pattern (download the pattern for the folding instructions, click on the second last square at the bottom of the webpage) for a Kelly bag…you know, those really expensive 3000 dollar bags:-) Of course, these were made of paper and will be great as gift bags for a gift certificate or some candy or bonbons, lipstick, eyeshadow, all those sorts of little gifts. I saw the pattern and thought, I should make one in designstudio. So I did. I made mine with a bit of ribbon. I glued ribbon on top of the handle and I used ribbon for closure, I thought that looked better then paper. I also used a bit of magnetic tape to make sure the bag stays closed. The cutfile is made in George.

Deze week was ik aan het rondkijken op de website van Hermes  en vond een gratis patroon (download het patroon voor de vouwinstructies, click op het eennalaatste vierkantje onderaan de webpagina) voor een Kelly bag…je weet wel, die hele dure tassen van 3000 dollar:-) Natuurlijk waren deze gemaakt van papier en zijn ze erg leuk als cadeautasje voor een waardebon of kleine dingen zoals bonbons, lipsticks, oogschaduw, etc. Ik zag het patroon en dacht, die moet ik maken in designstudio. Dus dat heb ik deze week gedaan. Ik heb bij de mijne wel lint over het handvat geplakt en ook lint gebruikt voor de sluiting, dat vond ik toch mooier dan papier. Ik heb ook magnetisch tape (hema) gebruik zodat dat tas goed dicht blijft zitten. De cutfile is gemaakt in George.
