I made this card with the sizzix spinner, which is also available as a pdf file at Karen Burnistons blog and much cheaper. I made a cutfile of it in various sizes, which i’m not going to share due to the copyrights. So, please, don’t ask me for it.
I have tried a whole day figuring it out how it worked without the pattern and finally gave up and bought the file for 15 dollar:-)

There is a template for a similar mechanism on David Carter’s site.
