I noticed that none of the cricut cartridges had a windmill on them. Since I live in a country where we still have a lot of windmills I thought I should design one. It’s all made in George and assembled about 7 inches tall, so it’s very suitable for a layout. The file is babybug compatible. Have fun with it.
Instructions: Cut all the parts and tape the door on one side in the opening and glue another colour cardstock of the same size on it.. Run the roof through the cuttlebug embossing folder “branches”. Glue the roof on the base. Glue the yellow light part behind the base of the windmill. Glue the window en door parts on the base. Glue the wing parts onto each other. Glue all the white cirkels together. Glue it in the center about a half inch of the top of the roof. Make a hole in the middle and do this also with the wingparts. Put the wings with a brad on the base.

The file is babybug compatibel.

great windmill. I have a friend who has beautiful windmills on her mountain property. I’m excited to do something for her with this windmill. thanks for your willingness to share your creativity.

Oh my gosh, that is adorable!!! I have never seen a “real” windmill and was surprised to learn that they had doors etc, much like Light Houses, I would guess. While we do have lots of wind mills in California, they are nothing like that. I would love to have your cut file and thank you so much for sharing.
